The Madison Public Market will serve as a vibrant, year-round hub that celebrates the unique culture, flavors, and creativity of our community. With a strong focus on equity and entrepreneurship, the market will provide opportunities for diverse local vendors to thrive. HKP was engaged by the Madison Public Market Foundation to act as Owner’s Project Manager during the planning phases, continuing through the building’s turnover from the City of Madison and overseeing tenant buildouts for each leased space. Daniels Construction, in partnership with MSR Design of Minneapolis, collaborated with the city on the base building scope of work.
