uffman Keel Partners was retained as Owner’s Project Manager for the historic renovation of this Richland Center landmark. The current phase includes upgrading the building's original elevator to meet modern code requirements, alongside a comprehensive aesthetic refresh of the first-floor event space. Additionally, we are guiding the conservancy through grant submission and approval processes, while spearheading master planning for future phases including a rooftop patio, art studios, and expanded upper-floor event spaces
