Allen Bay

HKP was hired to support the development team during the development and construction of Allen Bay apartments. This project will consist of 62 units of market-rate apartments and townhomes. There will be integral parking, an onsite leasing office, outdoor amenity decks, community rooms, and a fitness facility. This project is projected to be completed in May of 2026.
