The Black Men Coalition Foundation (BMCF) is a Madison-based 501(c)(3) dedicated to building pathways of opportunity through housing, employment, education, and community support. To advance that mission, BMCF is developing a phased supportive workforce housing community of approximately 50 studio and one-bedroom residences. The development pairs quality housing with the services that help residents build stability and take steps toward homeownership. Onsite employment training labs, eCornell certificate access, financial literacy programming, job placement, and career and life navigation are built directly into the community.
HKP was engaged by BMCF to act as Owner's Project Manager across the full project lifecycle, guiding the development from planning and pre-development through design, construction, and closeout as the Foundation's owner's advocate.
